Following the PASSME CoP meeting last November at the University of Nottingham in Nottingham, England,

PASSME partners will be gathering once again for next Community of Practice meeting,

taking place on Thursday, 16 March at the RAI Conference Centre in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.

The CoP meeting coincides with day three of the 2017 Passenger Terminal Expo,

which will also be taking place in the RAI Conference Centre.

Our next CoP meeting will address the latest PASSME research breakthroughs and results.

The November CoP allowed partners to share their research breakthroughs in the areas such as luggage flow movement, the “gamification” of airport digital apps for more increased user-friendliness with passengers, and re-designing airport interiors for a better passenger experience.
