As part of the ongoing interest in the developments at TUDelft University in the Netherlands, ever since the arrival of the Boeing fuselage last November, TUDelft professor and PASSME partner Peter Vink featured in the Dutch national newspaper De Telegraaf.
Professor Vink provided an extensive look into the possibilities for travel innovation breakthroughs the fuselage allows him and his research team to delve into at TUDelft for PASSME.
Starting on 1st of February, Professor Vink along with the TUDelft industrial design engineering faculty will begin a series of tests using the hull the Boeing 737 fuselage for simulations to determine passenger movement.
"The interior is now being refurbished with 120 new seats, so that we can simulate a real-life situation," confirmed Professor Vink.
